The breakfast was superb, had lots of options and the food was good. The location was central, peaceful in lovely surroundings. What's more, it was not far from the bus stop into town as well as Preston, Liverpool, days out to Leeds, Hebdon Bridge and Lakes.

The room decor needs a refresh!!! Poor communication during events leads to disruptive noise!!! A lack of basic amenities like hair dryers makes the stay less comfortable!!! Wi-Fi connection should definitely be improved for better convenience!!!
